Front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated having a safe in the room. Guests were noisy at times through the night which made sleep challenging prior to an early morning flight.

This place was incredible! The staff was very polite and friendly. I loved this hotel! It was very clean, and I could barely hear any noise from outside. The food was really good too!

The room could have more amenities, only one unit to put clothes. Free breakfast was average (watered down fruit juice, bland full English). Noisy area but that is to be expected staying in Paceville. Overall average stay.

Room was nice and mordern styling with great shower. Breakfast is fair selection probably good not great but included. No fault of the hotel but the area around are very noisy at night with bars and nightclubs. Lifts can be slow at peak time. All round great hotel and stay for the price

The room was clean and confortable. The hotel is close to many restaurants and entertainment. Very nice breakfast buffet. Good value for the money. The elevators were kind of slow and there is no parking at the hotel, however we didn't have a problem finding parking on the street close by and there are several parking garages close by.

The hotel is good and the staff are super nice and helpful . The room was not very clean and it had a weird smell. Also the area is walkable and very nice however it’s not a family area as there was a lot of night clubs and discos.

Excellent Hotel in the Heart of Paceville

Cannot praise the service desk staff enough they went out of their way to help me from day one. Breakfast is varied and self service but with plenty of staff around if needed. If i have to throw in a few negatives...the decor may not be to everyones taste and economy rooms a challenge if you are claustrophobic.

First impressions were amazing, and for the price it is well worth it. There were some snagging issues in my room (electrical sockets painted over so switches don't work) but nothing that took away from the experience. The Hot tub was clean and maintained well. Facilities are really good. The Alu lounge hadn't opened yet but I believe that will be amazing when I come back to IKYK in October

My 4-night stay in St. Julians, Malta.

A very modern hotel situated next to teenage night life (clubs, bars & restaurants). Only a short walk to the shopping mall, beach and casino. The service is very good and the people at the reception were very helpful and same was housekeeping. Nevertheless family rooms do not have a balcony, which makes it very inconvenient when you need to dry a swimming suits or a towel. Furthermore, there is a bar and swimming pool on the 10th floor which anybody (residents & non-residents) can use. So there was a big waiting time when using the elevator.
