"Was a decent place to stay overnight."

"A very disappointing Hampton Inn experience. Bathroom was in rough shape. Curtain rod and shower head ready to fall down. Lack of towel bars. We were with a large group and they had same issues. Breakfast was a challenge. The staff person handling the breakfast let many items run out, including coffee and napkins. She was unfriendly and hid in the kitchen to avoid guests. "The room was not renovated. The bathroom had no place to store items. There was no complimentary breakfast"

"The air conditioning was not working in room 124, so after 2 nights we moved to 118. It did not work either; another hot night. The next morning we were offered a fan. No. So we moved to 116. By then the weather had cooled in any event. No compensation offered. At breakfast Sunday, the toaster was broken, on one side, so there was an line and the buffet had mostly low or empty hot food pans. I am a Bonvey member and was quite disappointed."

"The location of the hotel is centrally located to a variety of stores. It is quick access to highways. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top notch. Pricing is comparable to the services. Self pay Laundry on site, continental breakfast serves hot and cold foods, and parking is free. Great stay!"

"I appreciated that our lovely room had an outdoor veranda style seating area directly on the parking lot (which was very quiet & remote across from a country field). This allowed me to drove within a foot of the room entrance which was perfect for my handicapped mother who joined me since she can barely walk. Nice, relaxing stay! "

"I probably should have given this a five star but I rarely do that except for off the charts amazing hotels etc. So a 4 from me is practically as good as a five from a practical perspective. Excellent place. Clean, modern, easy access and close to many things. Great staff, rooms modern and clean, ac was quiet etc. stayed one night and was affordable and ideal for it. Only small knock is they had no toilet paper holder. It was fine but that was a first! Other than all fine."
