"Travelling is made so much easier with a kitchenette and washing machine, which was our main reason for booking here. Excellent choice as both were more than adequate and included dishwasher, all utensils and crockery, storage, and fridge all discretely built in. Large bathroom though the shower setup in a little side area with spa tub was a little unnecessary, with a clumsy hot cold tap system. "This place is very convenient, literally 2 minutes walk from a metro station, a mall, Starbucks and so many restaurants. All the tourist attractions such as Haji lane, little India and Bugis street are all 20-30 minutes away walking. Out room was not large but it has everything that we needed. They do not provide Toiletries except for shampoo and body wash and there was no hot water the last two nights, which was frustrating. The lobby looks and smells great. "Nice for family that wish to stay together for the 2bedroom apartment. Did online check in and tried the keyless access. Quite a hassle when using the lift as the network is not strong enough. Nevertheless, its awesome as everyone has access via own mobile phone. Bencoolen mrt is right across the road. Pick up / drop off is also infront the hotel. Front office staff is extremely helpful."

"First time staying at this apart hotel and it had been absolutely divine ! The cleanliness is next level and the feel within the room is so Zen and tranquil. The room was tastefully styled with no lack of amenities. Staff were great. Lots of food including Starbucks just across the road along with local choices just 2mins away. MRT (Buona Vista) is only a 4mins walk. Was hoping to rebook for another stay but stood no chance (and no surprise). Will be my go to whenever I land in Singapore. "

"I like the metro station is inside the same building as the hotel, which made me feel I can reach to many places in Singapore without going out of the building. The room is very spacious with a lot of ground to top windows, very nice city view and very quiet. There are food court and supermarkets downstairs which are very convenient. I love this hotel, maybe I will live here again if I come back. "

"First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel to all the places we wanted to go to. It is informal & nice & family-friendly & the cost of staying there is one of the more budget-friendly in Singapore for a bigger hotel. Overall happy & would stay again."
