"They offered cleaning on the second day but the housekeeper was roaming our floor early so we put out the do not disturb sign out. We vacated the room at 9:45 am but our room did not get cleaned or towels swapped out. Pool was a little cold and the hot tub was only around 100 deg. but the overall hotel was nice and had a decent breakfast. Coffee could use a bit of an upgrade."

"The outside temperatures were in the mid-90's, but the area around the outdoor pool had trees plus areas of umbrellas. With the Columbia River breeze it was really beautiful. The room was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only 'negative' for us ~ we were in room 390 and after unpacking we discovered our toilet was made for kids / little people / dwarfs... ~ much lower to the ground than 'normal'. We quickly adjusted and did not request a change of rooms. We stayed...

"This was a unique place to stay for a night after flying into Portland. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. You can hear the music from downstairs but they don’t play too late. There was a band playing in the saloon during our stay so they had a cover charge to get into the saloon that was not included in your hotel stay. Luckily they had an outdoor area that is feee to sit at and eat."

"Thin wall. We keep hearing kids running outside the hallway or someone walking above. Other minor points were room-hold charge and parking fee, which make it less enticing than other nearby hotels."

"The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and I loved my room on the 14th floor: very clean, with an amazingly comfy bed, a huge tub, fantastic view of the downtown and a refrigerator. Their onsite bar and restaurant: the Swine Moonshine and Whiskey Bar and the Tavern were both excellent that have fantastic waitstaff. The hotel is in a great location, close to Symphony Hall, the Art Museum, restaurants and shopping and just a block from a light rail station. I highly recommend...

"I saw someone doing a hand to hand drug exchange in the parking lot, the trash was built up next to the trashcan in the hall way for 2 days the small was awful it overpowered the air freshener and the homeless in the parkinglot had me worried about my car being broken into never again for an extended stay they need security roaming the parkinglot."

"The floors were so clean, the staff was very helpful. The location was ideal for us. The rooms were smaller than we are used to. But we adjusted. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pool area was nice, but pool plaster could be redone. The self laundry was convenient, but should be able to take a credit card. Would be nice if there was a little beverage/candy/sundries shop near the front desk. The daily afternoon cookies were a nice touch!"
