This was a perfect place to stay to me, my partner and friend for the Ironman 70.3 weekend. The place was comfortable, tidy and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was super easy to check-in and park and everyone we interacted with was lovely.

This place was pretty nice. Cute, comfortable & clean for the most part. My only main complaint is the couch pull out mattress was sooo bad, it definitely needs to be replaced.

My first time there and we were amazed. The apartment is big and have everything we needed. All well kept and clean, begs and pillows perfect. After trying several hotels definitely I found our vacation place. No noise nobody bothering you. The pools were clean and perfectly clean with the right temperature. We used the barbecue grill( there are everywhere) and it worked perfectly. We won’t stay anywhere else in the future. Thanks so much for such a nice stay.

Couldn’t have been more pleased!

Our stay was amazing! We were delighted with the spacious accommodations, and are already looking forward to our next stay this July! We will definitely use the beautiful pools then! We loved everything about the Villas at Southgate!

Came down for a soccer tournament heat place to stay has a great heated pool and which is great in Jan and Feb. we have stayed here a few times. Will most likely stay again

Great property!

Our stay was great! The condo was perfect for what we needed. The pool was amazing, warm and so much fun! I loved that there was a gym to work out in and my kids loved the park and the tennis/basketball court. My grandparents and now parents own a time share here so I’ve been coming since I was a little girl. We will continue to stay time and time again!

Nice Quiet and Warm Pool

We have stayed here a couple of times with our kids for sport related events, we love the outdoor pool and hot tub, the beds are so comfortable! We love the space of the condos - only downside we had was zero absolutely zero hot water - freezing showers and no water pressure, besides that it was a great stay!

Lots of stairs

Nice place! We had a family reunion & staff helped arrange units close to each other. Lots of stairs made carrying luggage necessary. Our elders managed. Provided carts were useless, but a nice gesture.

Communication: By phone is excellent. Staff answered right away and tried to address my concerns as best as they could. Communication through the Expedia platform got lost in the nether, I have yet to receive a reply. Accommodations: It was about what I expected. Everything clean and in working order as far as appliances, showers, beds, HVAC. Amenities: The family pool was the main thing we used. It was also well used by everyone else in the complex. Not so great: The internet was unusable. I work in IT and was trying to work remotely from our unit. Without having access to their network, I can only guess at likely causes of the poor experience. Based on their subnet that I connected to the max connections is only 254 devices. A typical family would have at least 10 devices to connect, this doesn't count the TVs already connected. 30+ condos, you can do the math. Second issue would be bandwidth and speed, which I could not reliably test because everything was "loading" and bogged down by the devices that could eventually connect. TLDR: Great value, comfortable, friendly. If you need internet for work or leisure, you will need to hotspot yourself or go someplace else.

It was a very nice place to stay. Enjoyed the adult only pool and hot tub which offered more privacy than the family area. The rooms are starting to show their age and could use a little updating. Still very nice.
