The only positive interaction we had was with the night staff member, who was kind and pleasant. Unfortunately, we also left a massage gun in our room, and when we called to inquire about it, we were told it wasn’t found. That was really disappointing and added to the overall negative experience. I expected better service and care, especially when it comes to guest belongings. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.—"
