"Tv didn’t work at all"

"The rooms were really nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was really good. We went there every morning during our stay. The staff was also really nice."

"The bathroom roof was leaking and their was rust on the faucet Just think for 8 months old this shouldn't be an issue "

"Everything was great! From check in to checkout! We were here for 17 nights, had a leaky kitchen faucet that was repaired within 20 mins of my call. Had cleaning service twice during our stay. Lovely pools, many activities, grilled several times. Great location, many restaurants, shuttle service. Very happy and have already booked another trip!"

"The property and amenities are great. Our unit was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. We did have to buy a non stick pan and chef’s knife to cook meals but the appliances in the kitchen worked great. The washing machine worked fine but was so ridiculously loud we had to run it early before the kids went to bed so it wouldn’t keep them up. Dryer was fine. We had a terrible experience with housekeeping and if you need to call guest services for anything it’s at least 15-20 to get anyone on the phone. Those were the only negatives though, overall we enjoyed our experience. "
