"I liked my room. The bed was comfortable and I liked the modern feel of the room. The window blind was a little tattered, and there were wall scuffs and areas where paint had been chipped, taking away from the modern feel and decor. The staff was good, particularly the woman working the breakfast area! A couple of the younger front desk people could use training in professionalism. I loved being close to town and a short drive from the Old Mill and Box Factory. I made a couple of trips...

"We had a wonderful stay. The property is clean, modern and close to downtown. The staff is friendly and polite, in fact, everyone in Bend was happy and polite, and I can see why because it’s such a beautiful place! The lobby has a bar which closes around 10, but front staff will serve you drinks until two in the morning. The beer and cider on rotation were decent choices! This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and we will definitely be back again."

"Great room and excellent front desk person when we checked in. The bed was comfortable, but had the small, flat pillows that seem to be everywhere. (Hotels really need to get back to using more than 3 feathers wrapped in a sheet.) Everything was clean and quiet and nicely arranged. The breakfast was standard hotel fare -nothing special. Dinner at Worthy Brewing across the street was great. "
