Collection O Seremban Near Gateway Mall Formerly Sri Mutiara Hotel
2/10 Terrible
"I didnt feel i was welcome by the Indian receptionists, seemed they were looking down upon me. The second I entered the room, I felt disgusted, the room was old, the washroom smelled musty, hairs and unknown dark bits were on the floor, the yellowish pillow covers smelled oily, like they werent even changed. dead insects were found inside the cupboard and closet, air con was noisy, the hot water wasnt hot enough, I found no toothbrush, no cups, no kettle, no toilet paper, no bottled water were found in the room, which was totally untrue from what Hotels.com stated on this hotel page...I went to the reception and kinda complain why? The Indian receptionist simply replied 'Well, this is a budget hotel, you can get whatever you want at the next convenience store'!
The maddest thing was that they didnt even clean my room! while hotels.com stated there's 'Daily cleaning' Absolutely not! I complained to another Indian receptionist that my room wasnt cleaned, she said 'Oh no, we normally would clean the room once every two days! and, if you want it to be clean, you would have to let us know in advance!' I was really pissed... Moreover, I booked this hotel weeks in advance, the rate was non-refundable, around MR 300, but then when I got to the hotel, i checked the price again, it dropped to a walkin price with just MR 50! This is almost a fraud.
I regret I didnt take more pics to show you as evdience!"
Hotel O Seremban Near SnowLim Wonderland Formerly M&N Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Reached after the usual check in time. Thank you to staff for passing me the keys still. I like the firm pillows too, room is nice and clean
Only downside is nil lift, we had to walk the stairs without our large luggages "
"The unit was very clean and spacious, especially for the price paid. It included a living area, kitchen, balcony, and a storeroom. A broom and mop were provided in the storeroom, which made it convenient to clean up whenever needed. There were two queen beds—firm and comfortable. I was also impressed by the cleanliness; even after moving the beds to join them together, the space underneath was spotless.
The breakfast venue was about a 2 km drive away. It was large, with two air-conditioned halls. The food was standard, though it would be great if they could include more vegetarian options like noodles or fried rice.
Overall, I was really satisfied with my stay."
