"The apartment itself was excellent: very clean, spacious, and well laid out. The kitchen was well equipped for basic meals, with essentials like washing-up liquid, sponge, cloth, tea towel, plus tea, coffee, salt, and pepper provided. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the accommodation. We arrived mid-afternoon to find reception unattended and never found staff there despite returning several times before it closed at 8pm. There were people in the staff area, but...

"This was a great location, room was nice and breakfast was good. We had a really nice stay. My criticism is the spa rules were not consistent and regimented concerning hours spent as a hotel guest even when it was not busy. I think it is a shame that they don’t have a pool for families. The pool is only used for people 18 years and older. The spa services were not available on the weekend which is surprising during peak season."

"Very nice and cozy place. Wonderful breakfast and great hiking nearby. For a family of 4, the room was a bit crammed, but beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We weee there the last week in June and the room doesn’t have AC or a fan. One night was particularly warm even with the windows open. But the beauty of this place was spectacular!."

"Hotel Jezero is the grand old lady of Bohinj. It's been here a while and in some ways it shows (eg room doors are locked with proper keys, not electronically) but it's still a fabulous hotel. Step outside and you're right on the lake, location can't be beaten. The pool and sauna are lovely, the breakfast has a lot of choice and I really appreciated the seeds and fresh and dried fruit options. I got upgraded to a twin room and it was very spacious."

"An oasis of tranquility and authentic Alpine architecture in a very busy touristy town. Super great owners and staff, spotless clean, short easy walk to town and the lake, quiet and peaceful. If you like the typical modern, minimalist, ugly hotel, don't book here, it's the opposite! Homey, comfortable, relaxed. Great base to explore the natural beauty. Don't miss the short side trip to Triglav National Park and Lake Bohinj for postcard views and maybe less crowds than Bled."
