"This was one of the nicest "budget" hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fresh. The location was perfect, right off I-80. We only stayed one night on our way to New Hampshire, but we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend."

"This was the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had. Despite having a legitimate reservation, we were treated like squatters and even had the police called on us. The staff was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve the situation appropriately. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and embarrassing ordeal. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will never stay here again."
