"Breakfast needs to be better"

"We paid for our stay on Hotels.com and the price included all taxes and fees. We booked this room for our daughter and 1 year old granddaughter because they had mold in their home. When they got to the hotel the hotel charged them and extra $20 a night which is not supposed to happen. On top of that their weeee not enough towels in the room and every time she asked for more towels the staff acted like it was a chore to give them extra towels. I highly recommend people look else where for a place to stay!!!!"

"The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Judy at the front desk. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. The beds are comfortable and rhe buffet breakfast has something for everyone."
