Meget dårlig service. Det meste af personalet talte hverken engelsk eller tysk. Der manglede sæbe på værelset, som aldrig kom. Kun 1 elevator virkede. Parkering var vildt dyrt, maden var dyr og dårlig og der var meget kø og ventetid på mad. Vandrutsjebaner og pools var super fine.

Das Zimmer mit angrenzendem Schlafzimmer war top. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Wir hatten einen medizinischen Notfall und es wurde sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Die unmittelbare Nähe (ca.350 Meter) zum Checkpoint Charly ist ei weiterer Pluspunkt.

We stayed in a clean and spacious room with high ceiling. Kitchenette has all necessary utensils and appliences. This accomodation is close to most of the attractions of Berlin. We recommend it and will stay here next time.
