"Overall a very good room and a very nice stay, I would definitely go back. Moms were big, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great with a lot of choices. The only negatives I saw were minor, there was some pink mold in a bathroom shower seat between the slats, and the pool was kind of chilly. Overall, a great stay"

"The coffee pot was empty On a Friday afternoon, my room didn't have an iron and it took way too long to get one and the coffee Sunday morning was cold. While I definitely understand 'you get what you pay for' this hotel is trying to be something it's not. The rooms (especially the bathrooms) need a SERIOUS upgrade. It is in an EXCELLENT location with almost everything within 5-10 minutes. My husband who is a veteran appreciated the reserved parking spot."

"The breakfast bar was not as good as I expected. The room was alright; however, the hotel needs upgrades in the room and especially the bathroom. It had a jetted tub and the bathtub walls needs upgraded. The phone was broken. I could call down for services needed.. Once upgrades are done, I think the hotel will be much better."

"Unfortunately we had no hot water for the first 24 hours of our stay. The tv channels did not work because it’s internet tv and the signal was poor. The WiFi did not work well in general. The elevator was broken for the first part of a day and it is the only one. The staff told us the GM was out for personal reasons and could not assist us. The hot water was fixed eventually. They would not provide a refund or discount to our hotel cost."

"Loved the daily breakfast and complimentary wine/beer. Very close to High Point university which was good for us and rooms were spacious and very comfortable beds. Will stay again!"

"Nice property, had events booked up throughout the weekend so definitely a lot of traffic. Would be good to separate parking for paying guests. Front desk not very helpful most of the time, felt like they did not want to help, tons of younger kids running around property knocking on random doors, fun to watch-annoying to sleep. Breakfast was good, would be good if they mixed it up a little. Pool and pool area were terribly cold to the point of not being able to enjoy, that was a big...

"We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again."
