Attractive location on the Riva promenade in Split, on the edge of the old town. Super close to all attractions and tons of places to dine. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

We really liked this property. It is small but it is clean, well laid out and in a good location. The young man that greeted was very nice. Gave us lots of information about Matera. We would stay there again.

Location is just in front of the beach, 10 minutes walk from ferry port. It is in the central location. Just perfect, beautiful location. AC is not working, that is the only downside, Anything else is perfect!

Nice and well located

A nice 3 star hotel ideally located by the Riva. Nice outdoor restaurant and friendly staff. Well isolated windows so really not bothered by the outside noises. Would stay again.

Hotel was very centrally located. A few steps to restaurants and waterfront. Our room was old but very clean and comfortable. Staff didn’t speak much English but we got by.

Great hotel

Great location, except when theres a concert infront of the hotel and ends at 23.30. Then the cleaning outside starts at 5 in the morning. Otherwise a great hotel, service was excellent and rooms were clean. Great stay.

OK hotel

The location is great. However to access the hotel by car is challenging. The rooms need a big reno: the carpet was filfhy, the drain for the shower was clogged, small TV and has to use 2 remote controls for the TV to work. For the price we paid, I would have expected better.

Room design from the time of Tito?

Location on the Riva is great but the hotel design is awful except the bathrooms! Best bathrooms I have ever had but the room furniture was from the 70's with wall-to-wall carpet and the balcony was to a smelly backside so we let the local cat sleep there. Breakfast was plenty but not very delicious.

Disgusting, do not stay here. Our room had mold on the walls and the carpet was so stained. We checked out asap. The only convenience was that the front desk lady was willing to help us move rooms for one night and then checkout without an argument. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. We also saw the bartender grab ice with his non gloves hand… disgusting.
