"All the rooms are super nice. We booked 3 rooms and all of them were extremely nice and clean. Bathrooms are amazing. Definitely freshly remodeled. Very close to great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend."

"It was great for what we needed. Room was clean and close to a boat ramp. Our dog was with us and had no issues with that. Parking is usually great but we went on popular holiday weekend so it was packed however staff was very helpful with that."

"Excellent host and getaway! Room comes with use of the courtyard and grill, with ample seating and shade. Also included is the use of bicycles for riding into town, and a double kayak. Room was uplifting and well appointed - we even had a juicer to make our own salad dressing! There was a family in the adjacent studio, but walls were sound and our room remained quiet. "The room was nice and the pool was great and it is right next to the Homosassa springs park a trolley car takes you into the park. The only thing was it seemed like everyone was smoking cigarettes or vaping all the grounds and around the pool. I have asthma and can’t be around it. But for the price of the room you can’t beat it."

"Terrible. Ended up spending another $1,600 last minute to stay elsewhere. This is not an air bnb or anything similar. It’s is one child size bedroom in a rude old lady’s house. It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room.
