"We booked a little late into the season so selection of room for our 6 days wasn't great. We had a balcony and beautiful sea view last year. This year we had to make do with a smaller room - rear view and an unusable balcony (too tight to get into and not a great view onto rear of property). Other than that the hotel is really great. It's situated high up and has amazing views onto Vietri town and beach. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We looked forward to a phenomenal breakfast...

"Not the most modern place but it was great. I’d stay there again. Directly above Salerno Manfreddi port. Staff was great with questions about the area and the ferry schedule. Giovanni was especially helpful as his English was excellent. Walking distance to old town etc.. Good home base.."

"We enjoyed our stay there and the property is gorgeous but the building could do a bit of an upgrade. THe rooms need an update but the hotel is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. One thing I noticed is that if the eggs run out for breakfast they do not refill them. So go early as the only hot part of the breakfast is the scrambled eggs and they disappear quickly."

"There was no breakfast. We lived in a dark basement with no daylight. The stench of damp was unbearable. We bought air freshener, but it didn't help. We couldn't put clothes in the closet because the smell was even worse."

The receptionist at the front desk checked-in like several people who arrived after despite the fact that we arrived at 130 pm. I felt DISCRIMINATED. All customers who arrived after us were Italian.
