"Location and overall hotel was fine . No complained 👍 But surrounding were not pleasant . Moving with all the time very mindful with your belonging . Hotel situated at the main bus station , nightmare with noise in early morning and voices around . Nothing in the room except shower gel and shampooo , towel . That’s all "

" 初めてのヨーロッパ、初めての一人旅で利用しました。フロントの方は全員笑顔で迎えてくださり、とても安心しました。朝清掃の方とすれ違う時にも笑顔で挨拶してくださり、とても気持ちが良かったです。部屋の清掃は3日に1度ですが、前日22時までにお願いすれば毎日清掃してくれます。キッチン下に洗濯乾燥機がついており、洗濯洗剤が1回分部屋に置いてあります。何度か洗濯するようなら持って行くのがおすすめです。駅から10分ほど歩きますが、21時くらいまで街は明るいので特に危険を感じる瞬間はありませんでした。ホテル裏にSKYLINEPLAZAというショッピングモールがあり、食事、買い物、お土産購入など、困ることはありませんでした。フランクフルトに行くことがまたあれば、絶対にまた泊まりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。"

"Location, Breakfast are excellent! only mattress conditional wasn't good enough, it's too old and soft. Pillow also another problem as well, other that this is ok~"

"The Steigenberger is a beautiful hotel that treats a person like a real guest. We had a lovely room and thought the AC didn't work well. My husband informed the front desk and while we were having dinner, it was promptly fixed.I liked the location as we were able to walk from the train station and also, there were taxis to take us to the airport when we needed to leave. Overall, everything was great."
