"We stayed in Lime Tree Noida Sector 72 it’s very close to the metro station . Staff was good & prompt . Cleanliness was taken care . Big spacious rooms with balcony . New Hotel . WiFi suitable for business travelers . Must try cup of tea snd sandwich "

"客室には小さな虫をサイドボード、枕裏などに多数発見。ベッドリネンを変更してもらった。が、部屋の掃除は行き届いておらず、ほこりや、ごみが落ちている状態。 電話もつながらず、電源タップも差込口がゆるく、充電なども困難。タオル類、リネンにも複数のシミがあり、枕もシミだらけでした。2日目にはムカデも発生し、絶望的でした。スタッフの対応は早く、好印象だが、衛生的に次回の滞在はありません。"

"There are zero redeeming qualities about this hotel. The shower consisted of a bucket, the bed was on an old metal box spring and the mattress felt like it came from a fold out couch. All of that was forgivable and Ina way quaint and a fun little story for friends. however, the dozens of aggressive mosquitos in the room were the last straw. "

"Property is ok but needs maintenance, lobby should bigger if not then should have empty seats for customers. I saw all employees sitting and busy with their cell phones watching videos and customers just standing. Too old towels were provided, change to new once. It was very bad. "

"Big problems with this place. It should not be rated a 2-star hotel. Maybe a 1-star? 1. We had booked a non-smoking suite. It was reeking of smoke from previous occupants. In fact we had to clean cigarette butts from under couches that the staff missed. 2. It was supposed to be cash-only. But unless one reads the fine-print, one would not know. And they do not accept international credit cards. Nasty surprise if you travelled internationally. 3. No room heating. It gets pretty cold in Noida...
