After a few attempts to freshen the odor we were moved to a better room. We appreciated the concession for the inconvenience. The new room was great and very spacious. The other overall problem is that the keyless entry or key cards didn’t always work, leading to us being locked out of our room once and locked into the hallway once unable to exit the hotel....
