"It was a little smelly"

"I booked this hotel as a splurge for the LA Marathon. It was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect and central to so many attractions. As a SoCal native it makes for a perfect staycation or treat! Highly recommend "

"Terrible service. The room was not cleaned for my entire 3-night stay, and the reception staff was extremely unhelpful. When I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned, they said they were short-staffed, which is not an acceptable excuse. There were very limited supplies—barely any shampoo or towels—and after check-in, nothing was replenished. No towels, no shampoo, no conditioner. The entrance was also inconvenient, coming from the side through the parking garage, and there wasn’t even a proper lobby. Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. I only stayed because the booking was non-refundable. I wish I could give 0 stars—this motel would have been a much better choice."

"For the price and star rating, I expected much better. The room had a nice layout but that was it. The walls are paper thin so I got some pretty disgusting audio that I'm sure originated from people who would have preferred their screams and moans to be private. Minimal amenities, I think Motel 6 is better. The staff is snarky and uptight so you would think you're actually at a decent hotel especially since you are in Beverly Hills. They say absolutely no pets but of course there was a plastic old woman with her whiny Chihuahua at the pool. I would not recommend this place at all!"

"We had a great time, and requested staff for bit late check out as our flight was late night. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and come back!"

"Great location. Lounge/Bar Food Limited menu although excellent. Parking garage fit my truck on level 1 or 2 only 6'9. Valet 6'6" Other resturants nearby all close by 8 but tahi restaurant "
