"Loved our stay I wish they have shuttles to the town but I guess taxi was fine, though every trip was priced differently…that was weird but that’s not part of the hotel. Breakfast was ok, lunch was delicious every time. Pool clean they had towel service. Overall great! "

"We had a lovely stay. Clean room. Great view of the pool and beach-definitely worth paying for the sea view. Perfect location for the beach and lovely town of sozopol. Went end of may so slightly out of season so was quiet but perfect for us. We did brave the pool but it was on the cold side. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent.
The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June. "
