"I booked a king room but was given a twin room instead, which affected my comfort and sleep throughout my stay. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead. Management were dismissive and unhelpful when. "Front desk is very professional, and the rooms are nice and spacious with clean sheets. However you can tell the hotel is extremely in need of maintenance, and housekeeping is stretched so thin that they are barely hanging in there - doing the minimum to keep the place running. Ultimately this hotel has had much better days, was probably a top luxury hotel once upon a time, but unfortunately, is being run into the ground."
