"Charming contemporary inn in a historic grove adjacent to famed restaurant in nineteenth century home. Small but well-appointed rooms with nice bathrooms. Casual bar/snack bar on site. Very quiet and comfortable. Just minutes from downtown Austin but seemingly a world away. Other eateries within walking distance."

"It was a good stay other than at 6AM smoke detector in our room started going off...it was the craziest alarm clock I've ever had and scared the absolute hell out of us...and then it just turned off on its own and we fell back asleep and then it happened again at 7AM I honestly have no idea what was going on we didn't even reach out to front desk we just kept going back to sleep there was no fire . It was ringing down the halls in other rooms too"

"This was a great little find. Walking distance to South Congress shopping, and all the great restaurants. This place was very quiet, minimally decorated with some nice key pieces of art. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is coffee in the room, the fridge is stocked with water, and there are plates and silverware to use for takeout.There’s no front desk to check in or out, communication via text and or email was excellent. I would definitely come back."
