"It’s quite disheartening to choose a supposedly high or top tier hotel and then be nickle and dined with fee’s to park your car, and pay for internet. The room was adequate but quite honestly I could have stayed at a hotel with a price point 1 half the cost and not be charged for internet and parking. I won’t be using this hotel again. Nothing about this experience warrants the need to pay extra for normal things. This isn’t a resort but it is charging resort type fee’s."

"I could NOT receive a refun!d! I had to check out 9 days early. Stay America nor Expedia would accommodate me with a nominal refund. Stay America said I didn't book thru them, Expedia states there is nothing that can be done because Stay America won't approve a refund!. Totally unacceptable with no remorse or resolution. I'm disappointed in both businesses for the lack of due diligence to assist a guest and customer. "

"Yes, i observed a great variety of alcoholic beverages, they have a restaurant. The food is amazing. The price is discent. Jessica at the restaurant was very pleasant. The food is fresh delicios. Go to google to look at the pic and the menu i posted. "

"my wife and I had an amazing stay here the staff and rooms were great! only reason why i gave 4 stars not 5 is that we had requested through the booking to have a crib and a lake facing room to which the facility did not reply but the crib was supplied once we got there and asked, but overall great place staff and vibe and would highly recommend"
