"A clean and safe place to stay in Des Moines, especially by the airport. They also offer a park and stay deal, for those who need to fly out but leave their car somewhere. The staff were extremely kind, but we didn't have a pleasant experience with the lady running the breakfast in the morning. She could have been tired, but was short with us trying to make a waffle. The rooms are outdated, but in good condition for the most part. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, which was also...

"We had to leave before they served breakfast and the young lady at checkout, Jaya, said they would have muffins, bagels and granola bars to grab on the way out. They did not and the individual at the front desk said she had no idea why Jaya would say that🙁and that the owner would not allow it."

"New property. Clean, modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but we were only staying one night. It was quiet. We saw several deer in the adjacent field when we woke up! Breakfast was standard. I prefer more fresh fruit options. Overall a good stay."

On check-in, Parker explained our parking options (rapidly, with an obvious intent to suggest we pay for the $20/daily unlimited in-and-out hotel parking; with a statement that he didn't know the cost of parking on the street (it's $1.25/hour from 9 am to 9 pm; free overnight) and that the ramp across the way was $10/day with no in and out.
