"Well maintained, friendly staff, and clean…enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the use of the free washers and dryers. The only downside - which is a problem at a lot of hotels - is the WiFi speed is pretty slow at times since you’re sharing it with hundreds of other people. That said, we were still able to work throughout the week (emails and video calls) and I went somewhere else to download large files for video editing as needed."

"The room was amazingly bare bones. There was not a single drawer to hold anything, no bedside storage and very little surfaces on which to spread your belongings. The bed and pillows were comfortable."

"The Holiday Inn Express in Longmont is a nice property. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. This hotel has recently been renovated and has a pool with a slide, as well as a small fitness room. The fitness room didn’t seem too nice, but better than nothing."

"The toilet was not functioning properly during the entirety of our stay. It was already broken when we checked in. It took a few hours for us to realize the toilet paper was not flushing. I had to google the hotel phone number because the room phone was not working. I called down and was told that all the room phones on my floor were not working, and that maintenance was only there during the day, and they offered to move us to a different room. In retrospect I wish we had chosen this option, but we thought it would be quickly fixed in the morning and we were already completely unpacked and settled into the room, with the pull out couch made up. They said we could use the public toilets downstairs by the pool. I left early the next morning for a medical procedure, and when I returned to the room I was sleeping off the anesthesia. When I became aware that the toilet still wasn’t fixed, I called down and was told that maintenance had left for the day already. Either they had not been given the message about our room or they had simply neglected to attend to it while they were on site that day. They came the next day and it worked for two whole flushes before breaking again. I was sick that night and had to use a non flushing toilet. I did not pay for a hostel with a shared bathroom downstairs. I paid for a hotel room with a working toilet and a working phone. "
