"Water stopped working around 3am. We couldn’t shower brush our teeth flush the toilet etc. Asked for bottles of water so we could clean ourselves up and they wanted us to pay for the water. NO Water for 4 hours and we have to buy water."

"Doubletree is a dependably high-quality hotel, so when we had a choice between other brand names and this one, we went for the Doubletree (you can't beat the cookies). Well away from the Vegas Strip with close access to services we needed, this hotel checked all our boxes. The room was large enough for our purposes, the bed was comfortable, everything worked, and the shower pressure and temperature controls were great. We were grateful for the restaurant in the hotel so we didn't have to go find...
