"Staff was very understanding and reassuring as we were in town for a big event and had a very late check in. All of our questions were answered, staff seemed very knowledgeable about their services and resources. Overall, the vibe was very much so 20’s era. Loved the overall atmosphere."

"The stay was good. We usually get a room on the 1st. floor the beds on the 1st floor are very nice. The bed on the 2nd floor was not very comfortable to me. Made do I need to remember to ask for the rooms on the 1st floor. We wi) be back the hotel is a very nice and very clean place to stay. "

"We stayed at the Knickerbocker for my daughter’s wedding—- hotel is stunning with a perfect location near the Fitzgerald. Close to third ward but with a residential feel. Staff were very friendly and helpful- highly recommend! "
