"Its crazy that you have to pay for a breakfast that's free at most other hotels. For the cost of this place we could've stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a free breakfast identical, if not better, than the breakfast that was served here and cost money. Other than that it was an excellent stay, beautiful room, helpful staff."

"We had no hot water our second day. waited for a long time and there was no change. Very disappointing. Also room was right beside maintenance room and it was very noisy. Room location was very poor, down a dark hall at the end of the hotel, and not adjacent to the central atrium. big room but felt it was dirty. Common areas were not maintained at all. never vacumed."
