"When we asked beforehand to make sure about getting code for entering condo their reply message was like "there is nothing to do from your end--". But we could not enter condo till 7:00 pm (3 hours after the start of rental period) because the office forgot to send any message. We wasted important time and had to call the office using a mobile phone that costed a lot because it was thru oversea-call. We would like the office to consider about some compensation for this matter!"

"It was a great place to take the grandkids for a few days. The weather wasn't cooperating, but the amount of games in the house was a saving grace!!! The pool at the Recreation center was great and the kiddos had a ball! The reason I gave it a 4 is Abbey Springs did not have our reservation and It took over an hour to check in Also we could not get the heat to work and whenever we called Grand Welcome we were put on hold without a call back."
