"This handicapped room floor was not carpeted which made it easier to to navigate the wheelchair. Also the shower was a roll-in design making showering very easy. "The room was clean and the beds were very good. One annoying problem was that the shampoo, conditioner, and the bath soap dispensers were empty! Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I was ready to use the shampoo.
I believe this is a newly acquired hotel by Marriott and they still need to fine tune themselves to Marriott’s standards. Our welcome message was for another family and the room across the way made their own “Do not disturb” sign!"

"I really enjoyed my one night stay at the Hyatt. The room was massive as was the bath (it was handicapped accessible). The common areas are inviting. The downsides were: only one ice machine was working out of three (soccer tournament teams ice chests possible blame), the handicapped shower shot water onto the floor, and I couldn't find a way to prevent it, the breakfast was good but not great.
