"Me and my boyfriend came down to attend an island H2O event and we only had a room for one night. When we first pulled into the parking lot we liked the vibe the outside was giving, and we also noticed the parking lot was decently clean as well, we seen the pictures of the hotel online and we walked in and was actually glad it meet the standards and wasn’t a catfish, the front desk staff was nice and polite and very efficient, the room was nice and clean and gave a cute aesthetic."

"Literally the worst. I stayed here about 20yrs ago and it was really nice. This time, not at all. The property itself was unkept outside and inside. My room was not only dirty but also didn't have the amenities that was supposed to be there.
No coffee, tea....the container was empty. When I went downstairs to let the kid a counter know...he tried to hand me the items to take to the room myself. When i told him i was on my way out the door, he advised me to come to front when i got back...

"As an overnight option from a missed flight this hotel was everything. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and surrounding areas (within a mile) was an added bonus. There are shops and many food choices within walking distance even a theater close by. The entire hotel was immaculate with breakfast included, what more could you have asked for?
