"We travel often. This is probably one of the nicest hotels we have experienced. The bathroom was gorgeous and unbelievable. The towel warmer warms the spacious modern bathroom. We felt like we were staying at a spa. Location is great for walking to lunch and dinner. Would definitely stay again, if we come back to Southampton. "

"The only issue was at check- in. I was assigned to room 309, but my key card wouldn’t work. The housekeeper took my card to get it reprogrammed at reception. While I was waiting, another young man came to #309 which he was assigned - and his key card worked. I went back to reception and I was reassigned to the correct room. The personnel housekeeping and reception) were very helpful and apologetic. I was grateful the error was resolved without incident. "

"A great place if you wana drive down the night before your cruise as its close to the terminal! Nice freindly staff, food exellent! The room was basic but clean as was the bathroom. We where in a downstairs room so we had noisy upstairs occupants so when they walked across the room you could hear the footsteps and floorboards creaking! Fire alarm went off in the early hours but that cant be helped! Not a bad stay and i would stay there again. Highly recommend the fish&chips👌"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night before our cruise. The hotel is very sleek and modern, but we almost walked by it as it is completely surrounded by scaffolding at the time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was very small. Grouting in shower could use some freshening up. "They say first impressions count and they so do. The receptionist Katie was welcoming, happy, professional and very helpful with all my questions. The dining room and bar staff all good. The cleaners never get mentioned so here goes, the standard of cleaning throughout the hotel is excellent they must work extremely hard. It is a must visit "
