"The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes.
