"The pictures online are misleading. They show a nice clean, newer hotel and in person the hallway carpets are old and dirty and doors are broke. This hotel looks more like a old dirty place that seriously needed updated and cleaned. Also I booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool and hot tub and had breakfast in the morning. When we checked in they had signs posted that the pool and hot tub was both closed. Then I was told that they wouldn't have any breakfast in the morning. He said it was because of something to do with the health inspection. Also the king-size bed only had 2 super small pillows that looked more like pillows for a couch. Im not happy with my stay at all. If I would have known about everything being closed I definitely would have stayed somewhere else. I truly belive I should get a refund of some kind because they should have posted about the pool and hot tub so I could have made my decision knowing about it. It's almost like they didn't want people to know about everything being closed so they didn't loose business because of it"
