"I booked this hotel through Expedia because I wanted to give my granddaughter a fun little overnight getaway, and the property was extremely disappointing.
The pool area was filthy, with hair visible on the pool walls and surrounding areas. The hot tub was cold and apparently not working, yet there was no notice posted. There were also no working lights in the pool area, making it feel unsafe and poorly maintained.
The complimentary breakfast was one of the worst I've experienced. The...

"The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial."
