"The staff. Meli, Sava, Daphne, Tutai, Nga, just the names I remember. The Kids Club staff. ALL THE FRONT OFFICE, RESTAURANT/BAR STAFF, KIDS HUT!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was a stay to remember - kids loved the pool and everything about the swimming pool. Snorkeling, Paddle boarding, Kayaks... The games around the hotel 5stars!!!! The food, breakfast choices ❤️ A trip to always remember!!"

"As soon as we arrived at Club Raro, the staff were all very friendly and approachable. Technically, we were not supposed to be able to book into our room until 2 pm, but seeing as we arrived on the early morning flight and got to Club Raro at about 8.30-9.00 am, we were given a voucher enabling us to have some breakfast and allowed to relax in the resort while waiting for our room to be ready. "This was an amazing experience. It was one of our first resort experiences and as a family it was perfect. There was so much for the kids to do, and we really could stay within the resort and have a great time. There were some good activities (snorkelling, diving, boating, jet skis) which were bookable and departing from Radisson Blu as well which was amazing.
