"The property was fine, being met with a pair of underpants on the outside banister didn’t bode well, but once inside it was fine. "Large clean room with sofa bed and a double bed. Small fridge and hairdryer. Large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Shower floods bathroom everytime due to not having a door/screen to floor meaning you have to use 3 towels on floor to stop this, bad design in my opinion. Breakfast was your normal buffet restaurant, nit a lot of gluten free options avaliable, asked for some gluten free bread and was handed one small slice. Hotel close to beach, and town so great location. Not enough parking for such a large hotel we had to park miles down the road in a side road."

"The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff who work here. Every single one I met was friendly, pleasant and helpful, providing excellent customer service . The rooms were lovely and comfortable with clean bedding , providing a good nights sleep with a ceiling fan and also a desk fan provided during this heatwave . The breakfast was excellent. These things far outweighed the only 2 things which could be improved - better instructions on how to find the hotel, it’s main entrance and car park (there were a number of us who had spent a long time trying to find them or ended up in Sainsbury’s car park by mistake) .The other was a bit of floor level dust which our 2 year found in a couple of her hide and seek places ! Overall though this hotel is one of the most enjoyable I’ve ever stayed in"

"Lovely new hotel in a great location, with beautiful views across the bay.. All staff were helpful and friendly, particularly attentive in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was really good (great Gluten Free options too for my Coeliac daughter) and the breakfast on offer was superb! The rooms are modern, clean and luxurious. The nicest pillows and duvet I have ever encountered in a hotel. ⭐️ My only criticism was that the air con was just way too powerful in the bar upstairs, it made being in there way too cold and uncomfortable, but literally everything else about the hotel was fabulous."
