"The hot tub is closed down for a year with no warning on Expedia. The rooms heater/air conditioners stink. We had to switch rooms after check in as it smelled so bad. The bedding is old and the pillows were not supportive. Not worth the price. "

"For such a great hotel &casino - I got really unlucky with a defective or broken AC/Fan unit - it kept me up all night for two nights rattling and coughing up these ratchet noises. My only option was to turn it off completely which made the room stuffy and hot. For $1,000 dollars, I definitely got the short end of the stick. Very expensive trip for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and I’m leaving early because I couldn’t stand another night like that. I hope you folks can fix the AC/Fan unit...

"The room wasn’t very clean. The coffee pot looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in probably two years. When I mentioned it at the time of checkout, the lady at the counter didn’t even apologize. She just said next time maybe you should come down and tell us about it.
Plus, there were dogs in just about every room and all I heard was barking. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again."

"The front desk told me when I called to say we’d be arriving late that they wouldn’t hold my room even though they had already charged it to my cc, finally said they’d hold it another hour (our flight was delayed)
Then we got there oldest lobby (I know it’s motel 6) but it reeked of cigarettes everywhere especially our room which I was told was non smoking. Then somewhere in the early morning another random charge which I asked about and he said oh it’s expedia; but the charge came from motel 6...

"Our sink was a little dirty (coffee was dumped out and now washed down the drain) other than that it was good.
Disappointed that they did not have microwave. While traveling with kids-and ones that are super picky eaters or maintain their weights (we have wrestlers who needed to weigh in) it was difficult to drive the 10 hours and bring food to eat in the hotel.
