"The price I paid for a room at a hotel being renovated and under construction was ridiculous. Room was dated so I hope they remodel that one. Staff was not great. People working the breakfast area looked like they wanted to be anywhere else. Bad experience for 250.00. Honestly a rip off. "

"Our room was right next to back exterior door which was very loud every time someone went in or out. It made a loud slamming noise. Made it hard to stay asleep without ear plugs"

"The staff are very welcoming and the room is extremely clean. They still need to update their pool and exterior, but don’t let that stop you from staying there. They are a wonderful low cost option to walking to the university of Mississippi for any activity on campus. It’s also very convenient to be next-door to Starbucks."

"We booked a suite which was very spacious for our family of five. We only stayed one night, so we didn't fully utilize the in suite kitchen. Breakfast was superb! I was so happy to eat from real dishes and mugs. They had an excellent selection for breakfast. My boys took a dip in the outdoor pool even though it was freezing cold and they had so much fun. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"Almost turned around and walked out of the room. Smelled of old cigarettes and hadn’t been cleaned well. Definitely low income housing for migrant workers. I didn’t feel safe as the door didn’t shut completely. The highlight was when someone decided to blast bass at 1:30 am. I wouldn’t recommend you pick this place at all. $200 dollars poorly spent."
