Dirty sheets on bed , no blanket . Went to the desk to get clean sheets to make my own bed . Went to the desk ; time for a blanket . This was much cleaner than other mid tier hotels I have been to. It also felt safe and there were many families also staying there, which makes me feel more safe as I was staying alone. The pool looked kind of dirty when I glanced in and the shower definitely needed a deep clean, but staff was very friendly and it was overall a great stay.

Had issues with the television. It did not work. Called front desk. They said someone would be up shortly. That did not happen. Had to call again. They finally came up. Said we needed a new TV and they said they would bring one right up. AT midnight we finally went to bed without anyone showing up. Had to call again the next morning. We left for the day and when we returned the TV Stand was moved away from the wall TV was not plugged in. Had to do that myself. The TV did work.

I got there late and was ready to go to sleep I was awaken at 3:00 am because I was itching really bad only to find bed bugs in my bed, my arms, legs and butt was ate up and they changed my room and only gave me 10% discount which was $18 smh

Our outlets in the bathroom didn’t work and the outlets in the room wouldn’t hold a cord properly. Staff was fine but not friendly. Place was clean for an overnight stay but would not book for a vacation weekend.

Staff was friendly and helpful, free breakfast had a good variety of items, bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and no backup. We did encounter a few problems though.... the indoor pool was NOT heated and I'm not sure if it had the right amount of chemicals as the water was somewhat cloudy. We had a 3 night stay and had to reactivate our room key EVERY day, we kept getting locked out of the room. There were signs in the lobby about "no parties" and we thought that was odd until there was loud music at 1 in the morning on our first night, now we know why. Elevator was a bit weird. Overall, the best hotel stay we have had in a while.
