"Very clean room, excellent cleaning staff. Quiet location, across the street from the path to the beach, beautiful beach and chairs/umbrellas/wheelie available at Inn, heated, clean pool a bonus, they accept dogs, and Amy is very friendly and helpful. Only a couple of miles from the center of Vero. A great little secret find!"

"This hotel could not be located in a more ideal location to enjoy the beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment! They save prime parking spots for guests! The enclosed green area was perfect for kids to play and people to gather and relax. "

"Had to Call 911 as the Staff refused to act on the Teenagers running around and screaming at 2:15am and again at 3:30 am. The sign inside the rooms clearly states 10pm is quiet time and those breaking it will be asked to leave without a refund. Multiple people complained in the morning but we were the only ones to call the police and the management. They never even offered to comp our room for the night or apologize. Still waiting for the owner to call us!"

"Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. "

"I had to cancel our reservation, before check-in. The property told me there were no refunds per Expedia policy. I have a message from the property stating this. Expedia claims they tried to negotiate a refund and the property refused. Someone is lying!!! I'll never utilize Expedia or Hilton hotels again!!!"

"Unprofessional front desk clerk. Leo’s stalking cars running people information through NCIC database for no reason. Leo’s driving through parking lot with no lights on at all almost causing an accident. At 9:30 pm-10:30 pm this happened on 2/26/2026. All around poor experience. I should not receive a call asking who I pissed off due to fact my info was ran more than 10 times in the short span of 4 days. Do better. "

"The front desk clerk was great. But the ac in the room was so loud it was hard to sleep, the pool was chained shut. There was a lot of little things. It was definitely a 2 star experience "
