"It would be nice to have a phone in the room for you to contact the reception desk if you needed anything, alarm clock in the room + restaurant menu in a folder would have been nice to see & read to see what was on offer, we were in room 6 our outside light was not working + fan in the bathroom was not working + room ceiling needs to be vacuumed I noticed there was dead bugs stuck to the ceiling, can face towels be added to the towels.
