"The Avli Lounge apartments are beautiful! We stayed in the Candy Suite for about four days. As mentioned in several reviews, location is excellent, and we were able to walk everywhere. Both Stelios' and Nickos were always available and helpful for everything. Do note that there is no elevator as the hotel is in Old Town and they preserve the structures. "Struttura ben tenuta pulita e silenziosa ottima per una bella vacanza di relax,personale super cortese,mia figlia ha avuto problemi con un virus intestinale la metre' di cui non ricordo il nome e stata superlativa con tutto lo staff,ogni giorno chiedeva delle condizioni, facendo preparare un pasto apposta per la dieta data dal medico dell' hotel . Cosa dire se divessi tornare a rethymno non avrei alcun dubbio a tornare in questo hotel .io darei anche una stellina in piu ..grazie per averci fatto...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Booked the maisonette for a family of 4 which was perfect. Rooms were good size, breakfast buffet had a great selection, pools were nice. Gym could be improved as well as an omelet station at breakfast! Overall great value and convenient location-10-15 min walk to Old Town. Beach just down the street on from of he property. Would recommend! "

"We travel a fair amount and have never been taken care of so well. The owner greeted us warmly, gave us an overview (and a map!) of the neighbourhood with the best places to shop and eat. The room was impeccable, well-appointed and had all amenities one would expect plus extras. We had a lovely stay and an to come back to Crete with friends and stay at Palazzo di Pietro again. Efcaristo!"
