"We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. "Vriendelijk ontvangst. Nette familiekamer, grote ruimtes en comfortabele bedden. Douche was ook goed! Ontbijt was simpel maar lekker. Prijs/kwaliteit prima. Ideaal voor gezinnen die een tussenstop maken van of richting Italië! "

"La chambre n'était pas conforme aux photos. La moquette était abîmée avec un paillasson près du chevet pour cacher le trou dans cette dernière. La chambre sentait très mauvais (l'humidité et le renfermé), problème visiblement connu car tenté d'être atténué avec un spray de toilette se déclenchant toutes les heures. Le buffet n'était pas "fameux" mais la vue sur la forêt enneigée était très sympathique. Pour terminer, le sauna était hors service. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel."
