"We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days.
The property also had multiple maintenance issues...

"We spent six nights at the hotel, but our room was only cleaned properly during the first two days. The floor was sticky and greasy, and it wasn't mopped once during our stay. The food was repetitive and lacked variety, and most of the time, it was even poorly cooked. The staff was okay, but they didn't go out of their way to be friendly or helpful. "Nice atmosphere and lovely beach front view. Room service cleaning was not the best they would not change the pillow cases at times. I was not expecting to pay additional for beach front seats especially with the cost of the rooms. Otherwise the hotel was very nice. Also I find it ridiculous to pay $25 USD per day for parking else you have to park in the street."
