"if u want the most minimal things from an all inclusive then this is the place. only one restaurant which is the buffet food was ok not so bad but most workers are slow. You only get cleaning every 3 days. They didn’t even clean the sink or toilet. They’re supposed to change the towels everyday but they don’t until i kept complaining. there is a snack bar open after lunch and pizza by 5-9pm. They do not refill the toiletries or coffee pods. "This hotel is great! Everything was super clean, staff were so kind and helpful. Especially Alexis, the doorman - Sweetest man ever! Made our stay 10x better! It’s also in a super good location, coffee shops nearby and easy restaurant access, there’s also a pharmacy (Botica) close-by! It’s a 5-10 minute walk from the downtown and the Kura Hulanda village. The hotel has free parking too and it’s very secure! Would recommend and will probably return!"
