"The staff here were incredibly rude. The front desk staff in particular. At check in. Thoughout the stay if we had a question. Check out. Just the rudest most arrogant people. If you don’t like people or tourists don’t work in this industry.

No where near the nearest train station (Silla) and a good 25 minutes by local bus, no taxis available near station and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I booked 2 nights but only stayed for 1. "It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late."
