"Me gustó mucho el hotel y la ubicación muy práctica tanto para salir a pasear como para el aeropuerto, excelente ubicación, lo único que no me gustó es que no hubiera cafetera o de perdido para calentar agua en la habitación, ya que soy de las que toman café de madrugada"

"The location was perfect! Near the airport and with a great free shuttle service that takes you to the metro (back and forth) all day long and to the airport within 15 minutes. The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was also good and for only $12 euros. And the air conditioning works! Which is a plus in this hot summer! The people that work in the hotel were very kind and happy to help. This a very good option if you are looking for a convenient, safe and clean hotel in Milan!"

"This is the worse Novotel I've ever stayed at. The location was in a bad area with a lot of trash outside of the parking lot. There are insects everywhere in the hotel and flies in the room. We were in floor 1 room 123. When we first checked our room, we noticed the red sheet had dead bugs in it and there were makeup stains. We told check in people and they sent up someone to change the sheets but while he was changing it he kept complaining that he put new sheets initially and he didn't know...

"The hotel is ok, the best is its central location. It is very poorly soundproofed. The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. E.g. they would call at 11:30pm to ask a question, they would enter the room without knocking, Nice are the coffee machine and the mini bar in the room. The breakfast is gorgeous."

"Wir wurden beim Check-in sehr freundlich vom Personal empfangen, was wirklich positiv hervorzuheben ist. Leider war unser Aufenthalt ansonsten sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war in keinem guten Zustand und wirkte insgesamt sehr ungepflegt. In der Dusche befand sich Schimmel an den Fugen, der Duschkopf war undicht und mehrere Dinge waren locker oder beschädigt. Im Badezimmer war außerdem ein Zahnpastafleck auf dem Boden, und der Wasserhahn war stark verkalkt. Besonders unangenehm war, dass sich...

"Hotel moderno, pulito e accogliente. L’unica pecca sono stati i cuscini e la ventola del condizionatore, un pò troppo rumorosa nel silenzio notturno. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e accogliente. Se dovessi tornare a Milano, lo terrei sicuramente in considerazione."
